Description
The mold head is crafted through a meticulous process. Starting as a die - cast steel blank, it undergoes machining by turning. After that, it's degreased in an oven at high temperature. The surface is then oxidized to a matte finish for better coating adhesion. A special Teflon coating is sprayed on, followed by heat - setting and color - fixing in a 6 - meter - long oven with three high - temperature furnaces, which takes about 50 minutes. Once cooled to room temperature, it can be installed or packaged separately. It features a special Teflon coating and stainless - steel in - built threaded fittings, ensuring durability, smooth operation, and reliable connections.
